first blooms

I always plant pink germanium seedlings in my front flower bed in April when they are 50 cents each.  By the end of summer the tiny baby plants turn into huge blooming plants that look like mini shrubs.  The first pink blooms finally appeared and I am thrilled to them finally filling up the planting bed with their beauty.
